3. Payments & Refunds*
- All payments are due at the time of purchase.
- We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout.
- Because our Services are digital and begin processing immediately, all sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided only at our sole discretion.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Services for:
- Any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Promoting hate speech, violence, or harmful content.
- Violating the terms of service of third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if you violate these restrictions.

*Service Initiation & Fulfillment Timeline
All services provided are scheduled to begin within 24–48 hours of successful payment processing.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that all services are delivered over time and may take up to ninety (90) days from the campaign start date to complete.
Customer understands that:
- Services are not instant and are fulfilled gradually
- Delivery speed may vary due to platform algorithms, demand, and service type
- Partial completion during the 90-day period is normal and constitutes valid service fulfillment
Active Campaign & Partial Delivery Acknowledgment
By purchasing, Customer acknowledges that:
- Services may be partially fulfilled at any given time during the 90-day delivery window
- A campaign in progress is considered actively delivered, even if not yet complete
- Remaining portions of the service will continue to be fulfilled within the stated timeframe
Customer agrees that partial delivery does not constitute failure to deliver service.
No Refund Policy (During Active Fulfillment)
All sales are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed and service has been initiated.
Customer expressly agrees that:
- No refunds will be issued for services that are in progress or partially completed
- Dissatisfaction with delivery speed, timing, or perceived completion status does not qualify for a refund
- The full 90-day fulfillment window must elapse before any claim of non-delivery can be made
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, Customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services that are:
- In progress within the 90-day delivery window, or
- Partially fulfilled as part of an active campaign
Customer acknowledges that:
- This agreement serves as confirmation of the accepted delivery timeline and no-refund policy
- Filing a dispute prior to the completion of the agreed service period is a violation of these Terms
The Company reserves the right to submit:
- Proof of Terms acceptance
- Proof of service initiation
- Proof of partial and ongoing fulfillment
to the payment processor or issuing bank in response to any dispute.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase, Customer confirms that they:
- Have read and agreed to these Terms prior to checkout
- Understand the 24–48 hour service start time
- Acknowledge the up to 90-day delivery window
- Accept that services are non-refundable once initiated
